Out of the mouth of Macie Claire

I know that 2 blog posts in one night isn't probably the thing to do, but Macie Claire  has been the source of some comedy/sweet moments the last few days. 

On Friday, she drew the following picture and gave it to me. So I asked her what it was. 

Her reply? 

"It's a purple square with circles with lines in them." 

Duh! Next time I won't think so far "outside the box"!! 

Today she drew a picture to take to Graddy (her BFF). So I told her to draw one for Pops and Memaw. She came back with a second picture and said "this one is for MeMawMom. I'm going to take it to her when I go to heaven." And just as I started to get a lump in my throat, she finished by saying "maybe you should take it to her. Because I'm sure you'll get old and go to heaven before me!" 

Oh that girl!!
