Monday at the Beach

I absolutely love waking up at the beach. One of the best parts is that there is a coffee pot in our condo that has a timer on it, so it is ready when we wake up! It is so relaxing to take my coffee on the balcony each morning and just "be". No hustle, no worries, just relaxing.
I posted this on instagram and said "forward my mail and send more clothes. I'm moving to the beach to do this full time."
Eventually we all started moving and getting dressed and packed up for another fun filled day.
Macie Claire spent quite a bit of time working on her hand stands.
Perfect form is a must for a good hand stand.
The big hole- round 2!
Moms don't make it in many pictures, so we needed proof that we were there too! I LOVED getting to spend time with my bestie Sarah!!
The big hole round 2 wasn't as big as round 1- but it still provided for lots of entertainment!
Growing boys can work up a huge appetite at the beach! That sandwich was almost as big as he was!
Josh and Macie got the kite up. This is the kite we brought with us 4 years ago when we came for the first time, and left at the condo! It's still going strong!
Kite flying is hard work and requires a little time in the ocean to cool down.
I am pretty sure that the highlight of every day for these 3 was the ice cream truck!
The water was MUCH better this day. Still not normal Destin water, but better than Sunday for sure!
High Fives for a good boogy board ride!
The waves were great for boogy boarding!

We went in a little early on Monday and cleaned up to go out to dinner.
That moment when....you're taking selfies with the selfie stick on the balcony and you realize that Mrs. Sarah is on her balcony hanging out too! Hi neighbor!!
We only took about 15 selfies to get this one decent one. But it was worth it.... I sure do love these people.
My whole world right here.
You don't even want to know how many tries it took to get this picture with out SOMEONE making a goofy face!
We chose Pompano Joe's for dinner. It was just down the beach, so we could walk there! The food was great and the wait wasn't bad either for a group of 7.  I enjoyed the walk to and from as well. Especially with this view in front of me.
I sure love these 2!
If the kids had been wearing sunshades to keep from squinting, this would have been a great picture!!
(man- I wish I was still that tan..)
Couldn't think of 3 better people to spend our vacation with! Love me some Rileys!
We spent the remainder of the evening relaxing on the balcony while the kids played. It was awesome!! It was pretty early to bed since the guys and big kids had a big adventure early the next morning!!
