Rangers Game 2015

Boy oh boy- do I have some blog catching up to do!! I'll just pick up where I left off... 

On June 12, Josh and I took Brenna and Carter to the Rangers game. Paul and Lea Ann gave us 4 tickets, and I told Josh that I'd love to go...but I would not go with Macie. End of discussion. I mean- I love her and all... But there was no way I was taking her to a Rangers game. I swore last year when the 4 of us went, that I wouldn't take her back until she was..oh....25. It was not a fun experience. She was all about going! And loved the nachos, peanuts, coke, and cotton candy! But then when that was all done, and it was only the bottom of the 2nd inning..... Well- it wasn't pretty. 

So we decided to leave Macie Claire at Pops and Memaw's for the sake of sanity, and invite Carter to join Brenna! I knew Brenna would enjoy the game much more with someone who was actually interested in baseball. And I was correct! We all had a blast. The kids enjoyed themselves, and Josh and I got to enjoy the game. Win-Win!! 

I sure do love these two....

We had to wait for Sarah to drop Carter off with us because he had a baseball game himself. But Brenna sure was excited when he finally arrived! 

No baseball game is complete without cotton candy!! 

It was a fun evening. HOT. But fun.
